How We Work

Melting Pot Arts Team

Melting Pot Arts work closely with each of our clients through each stage of the project from the initial planning stages through to the delivery and evaluation of the project.

Many of our clients are unsure about what they want from the project or how to achieve it. Others have specific key aims and objectives to meet such as a curriculum link, target group of people or message to portray. We help each of our clients to identify exactly what they wish to achieve from the project, who they what to work with, which art forms and project formats will suit and what will work within their budget. With some clients we offer support with funding applications. Please click for more information on cost of projects.

Melting Pot Arts has a comprehensive network of approved artists who are contracted on a project by project basis. Working with an extended team gives us the flexibility to create unique projects which respond to the requirements of each individual project. It also means that we can offer a diverse array of art forms, approaches and techniques and match artists to geographical areas.

Melting Pot Arts liaises between the client and the artists to plan and prepare the project. We agree a contract with each client that sets out the details of the project, each others responsibilities and deals with aspects relating to the safety and comfort of staff and participants. We monitor the project through delivery and evaluate on conclusion of the project to ensure that all identified aims and objectives were met.

Melting Pot Arts is committed to safeguarding the arts through appropriate policies and procedures relating to Child and Vulnerable Adult Protection, Health & Safety and Data Protection. Please click for more information.
