Melting Pot Arts provides high quality arts experiences for people of any age, ability or background. Our tailor made projects offer an exploration of the imagination through energetic and engaging sessions.

We work with many different art forms including music, drama, visual arts, textiles, creative writing and dance. We also deliver a wide range of multi-disciplinary sessions and projects which explore set themes.

Melting Pot Arts is based in Darlington and works across the North East of England, delivering many projects in County Durham and Darlington. We work with a huge variety of organisations including local authorities, schools, holiday clubs, community centres, youth services, health settings, museums and visitor attractions. We also run our own independent projects such as the Darlington Arts Academy and the Create event.

We are always looking at ways to develop new ideas and engage with new people so please contact us if you are interested in getting involved. Our ever growing community of freelance artists gives us the flexibility to provide an array of creative workshops which are specific to the needs of each individual project.
